For support, email saaddigital@gmail.com and include the app name, your device type, a clear issue description and screenshots where useful.
What to include
- The app name, such as SplitMate AI.
- Your device type and operating system version.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if you can repeat it.
- Screenshots or screen recordings where they are useful.
Basic SplitMate AI troubleshooting
- Check that you are using the latest app version available to you.
- Restart the app and try the action again.
- Confirm that the people, items, quantities, tips and currency are entered correctly.
- Review the bill summary before sharing it with others.
Camera, gallery and notifications
Receipt scanning features may require camera or gallery permission. If scanning is unavailable, check your device settings and confirm the app has the permission needed for the action you are trying to use. Reminder features may require notification permission.
Receipt scanning quality tips
- Use clear lighting and avoid heavy shadows or glare.
- Keep the receipt flat and fully visible in the frame.
- Take a sharper photo if text is blurry or cut off.
- Review scanned items and totals before finalising a split.
Receipt scanning may require user review and cannot guarantee perfect recognition of every receipt.
Saved local data
If an app stores information locally on your device, access may depend on that device and app installation. If local data is deleted, the app is removed or the device is replaced, recovery may not be possible unless a specific backup or sync feature is available in that app.
Advertising, subscriptions and privacy requests
For advertising, subscription, app-store billing or privacy-related questions, email saaddigital@gmail.com with the app name and the account or store information relevant to the request. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
