Mivaro Terms of Use
Terms for using Mivaro.
These terms apply to Mivaro's free and paid life-admin, reminder, and document organisation features. Please review them, together with the purchase information shown by your app store, before subscribing.
1. Using Mivaro
By installing or using Mivaro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must use Mivaro lawfully and comply with applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
2. What Mivaro does
Mivaro is an organisational aid for reminders, recurring dates, notes, categories, optional cost information, priorities, document storage, and related preferences. Mivaro is local-first: its primary reminder and document content is stored on your device and is not currently synced through a Saad Digital account or cloud service.
3. Free and Premium plans
Mivaro may offer a Free plan and paid Premium Individual and Premium Family plans. Paid plans may be offered with monthly or yearly billing periods. You receive only the features described as included in the selected plan in Mivaro and the applicable app-store purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Premium Family
Premium Family is a Mivaro subscription tier. Its included benefits and supported household features will be described in the app before purchase. The plan name does not by itself promise Apple Family Sharing, household accounts, multi-user or household sync, cloud sync, or cross-platform sharing.
4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, paid Mivaro subscriptions are auto-renewable. By confirming a purchase, you authorise the applicable app store to charge the payment method associated with your Apple or Google account.
Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable Mivaro subscription will renew for successive monthly or yearly billing periods, as selected, at the price presented by the applicable app store, subject to any properly notified price changes. Renewal billing is handled by Apple or Google under its rules and applicable law.
5. Billing, prices, and taxes
Prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown in Mivaro and by the applicable app store before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, platform, and promotional eligibility. The store-displayed price you confirm is the authoritative purchase price.
Prices may include or be subject to taxes depending on your country or region and app-store rules. Apple or Google processes normal app-store payments and payment methods; Saad Digital does not directly receive or hold your full card details for those purchases.
6. Free trials and introductory offers
Mivaro may offer an eligible user a free trial or discounted introductory offer. Eligibility, duration, included access, and the price and billing period after the offer will be shown before purchase. No particular trial or offer is guaranteed.
Unless cancelled before the trial or offer ends where applicable, it may convert to the paid auto-renewable subscription described on the purchase screen. The exact offer and renewal information displayed by the applicable app store governs the purchase.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel an app-store subscription through the subscription-management system for the same Apple or Google account used to subscribe. Deleting or uninstalling Mivaro does not cancel an active subscription.
Cancellation stops the next renewal once it becomes effective. Access normally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for, subject to applicable app-store rules and law, and no further recurring charge should occur after cancellation becomes effective.
8. Refunds
Cancellation and a refund are different. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal; it does not by itself refund a charge already made.
Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the applicable platform. Refund requests and eligibility are generally handled under that platform's rules and applicable law and may depend on timing, reason, country or region, and the circumstances of the purchase. Apple users can request an eligible refund through Apple's systems, and Google Play users can use Google's refund systems.
Where Google permits a developer-issued refund, Saad Digital may review a support request but does not promise an automatic refund or control every platform decision. Saad Digital can assist with Mivaro support questions but cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve a refund.
9. Price changes
Subscription prices may change. Notice, consent, and the effect of a price change will be handled in accordance with applicable app-store rules and law. You will be informed where required, and continued renewal may require your acceptance where the platform requires it. You may cancel future renewal if you do not wish to continue at an available new price.
10. Purchases, plan changes, and entitlements
Restore purchases
Eligible purchases may be restored or reconciled using Mivaro and the same app-store platform and account used for the purchase, where supported. An Apple purchase does not automatically create a Google Play entitlement, or vice versa.
Upgrades and downgrades
You may be able to change between available Individual, Family, monthly, or yearly plans through the applicable app store. The effective date, charge, credit, refund, or proration is determined by Apple or Google, the current plan configuration, and applicable law.
Entitlement availability
Premium access depends on a valid subscription entitlement reported by the applicable store. Access may be delayed or interrupted by billing problems, store outages, account changes, delayed entitlement updates, or platform restrictions. Use Restore Purchases or the platform's subscription controls where available, then contact support if the issue continues.
11. Store account and purchase security
Keep your device and Apple or Google account reasonably secure, review the plan and price before confirming payment, and use the correct store account when purchasing or restoring. Report an unrecognised or disputed charge through the applicable platform process where appropriate. This does not mean every unauthorised purchase is automatically your responsibility.
12. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate dates and information, reviewing reminder details, maintaining original copies or backups of important documents, protecting your device, keeping app and device settings reasonably configured, and reviewing subscription information before confirming a purchase.
13. Reminders and important deadlines
Mivaro helps organise dates but cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered. Delivery may depend on operating-system settings and behaviour, notification permission, device and battery state, power-management settings, time-zone and device configuration, and your reminder settings.
Independently verify genuinely critical legal, financial, medical, insurance, travel, immigration or passport, and government deadlines and requirements. Mivaro is an organisational aid, not the authoritative source for those obligations.
14. Documents and local storage
Mivaro's local document storage is a convenience feature, not a replacement for original records or independent secure backups. Keep originals or separate copies of important documents.
Device loss, uninstalling Mivaro, clearing storage, deletion, corruption, operating-system behaviour, or loss of access to a local file may cause permanent data loss where no independent copy exists. Saad Digital does not guarantee recovery of locally deleted, damaged, or unavailable information or files.
15. Your content
You remain responsible for reminder details, notes, documents, and other content you add, including its accuracy, legality, and your right to store or share it. Protect your device when your Mivaro content is sensitive.
16. No professional advice
Mivaro does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, immigration, or other professional advice. Storing a document or date, displaying information you entered, or generating a reminder does not create professional advice. Seek an appropriate professional for advice relevant to your circumstances.
17. App stores and other third parties
Apple and Google independently operate their stores, process store purchases and payment methods, manage platform subscriptions, and provide cancellation and refund systems under their own terms and policies. Saad Digital does not control their systems or every decision they make.
When you choose to open or share a file, your device may pass it to a third-party PDF viewer, Files service, sharing app, or other destination you select. That third party's terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations apply. Saad Digital is not responsible for the independent operation of third parties, subject always to applicable law.
18. Acceptable use and restriction
You must not misuse Mivaro, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, infringe another person's rights, commit purchase or entitlement fraud, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.
Saad Digital may take reasonable action to restrict abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or seriously disruptive use. Any restriction affecting paid access will remain subject to applicable law, app-store rules, and rights connected with an active subscription.
19. Availability and changes to Mivaro
Saad Digital may add, improve, modify, or retire features over time, and availability may vary by device, operating system, region, app store, and platform service. Updates may be needed for continued compatibility.
Saad Digital will not treat these Terms as permission to remove paid benefits without regard to an active subscriber's legal or platform rights. Paid subscribers remain entitled to the service and features required by their purchase, applicable law, and app-store rules for the relevant subscription period. If a material change affects paid access, any required notice, remedy, continued access, or refund will be handled as applicable.
20. Warranties and service disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mivaro is provided on an "as available" basis. Saad Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect reminder delivery, permanent file availability, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or uninterrupted app-store and third-party services.
These disclaimers do not override warranties or remedies that applicable law does not permit Saad Digital to exclude.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saad Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of Mivaro, including losses caused by missed reminders, inaccurate user-entered information, device failures, third-party services, or loss of locally stored data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
22. Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you have a dispute about Mivaro, contact Saad Digital so there is a reasonable opportunity to understand and address it. Your mandatory rights in your country or region remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
23. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Mivaro, its plans, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest material update. If a change materially affects your use or an active subscription, notice will be provided where required by applicable law or app-store rules.
24. Contact
